Cabin specifications:

First: Insulating the cargo cabin:-

1- Insulating the cabin sides with sandwich panels with a thickness of (4.8) cm. And additional insulation with fiberglass 4 layers
2- Insulating the cabin ceiling and doors - by direct injection - with polyurethane with a thickness of (4.8) cm. Additional insulation with fiberglass 4 layers
3- Insulate the cabin floor with panels - and direct injection with polyurethane with a thickness of (5.2) cm. Additional insulation with fiberglass 4 layers
- 4 Treat the floor with Heresite paint (phenolic resin) in two layers, then apply a final layer of resistant epoxy paint for the entire floor and the lower part of the sides with a height of 7-10 cm
Second: The floor:-
1- Insulate the cabin floor with three levels:
1- Polyurethane panels with a thickness of (5) cm
2- Resistent moisture and heat wood with a thickness of 18-20 mm.
3- Pour and install 4 layers of fiberglass (fiberglass). For the floor to withstand high loads and shocks.
4- Paint the lower part of the cabin with Heresite phenolic resin paint in two layers and an epoxy paint layer.

Third: Specifications of the insulating panels:-

The wall, ceiling and floor panels are made of (Prefabricated panels) approved by VOLGA COOLING TECHNOLOGIES, and conform to Saudi and American specifications and have obtained CTI approval and certification.

• Thickness of the insulating material: 5 cm. (Total thickness from 4.9- 5.3 cm)
• Type of insulating material: Polyurethane / Actual density not less than 38-40 kg/m3.

Inner covering:-
